They arranged access directly with my tenant, which made the whole process very easy for me as a landlord. There was also a suspected additional issue on the day with the washing machine, and the team responded very quickly, providing me with prompt and clear email reassurance. This was especially appreciated, as I do not live near the property, so I felt in safe hands throughout. Plumb London were absolutely incredible. We were in an emergency situation, and Jack did everything he possibly could to get a new boiler out to us as quickly as possible. He also liaised directly with the engineer, explaining that it might be difficult for us to reach the property in time — and the engineer was extremely understanding and adaptable, which made the whole situation so much less stressful. The engineer himself was lovely. He installed the new boiler professionally and took the time to talk everything through with us, making sure we understood how it all worked. Nothing felt rushed, and we felt completely looked after. The following day, Jack even called back to check that everything had gone smoothly — which we really appreciated.
